To get started, create an account by entering your personal details, Federal Tax ID, and shipping information, and submit the form. Once your information has been submitted, our team will review your information. We will reply by email within 24-48 hours to confirm your account creation and nonprofit verification. Once your account has been verified, you will be able to access our exclusive deals.

Is your nonprofit an educational institution? Microsoft provides a variety of resources for with you in mind! Through their Partners In Learning program and the Academic Open licensing program, Microsoft offers cost-effective ways for educational establishments to obtain Microsoft Office and many other products. Because of this, Tech4NonProfits does not install Microsoft Office products on technology refurbished for academic institutions.

Academic institutions include:

  • Educational institutions. Such institutions include accredited academic institutionsvocational institutions or certain preschoolsPlease note: eligible preschools must provide educational services to at least ten children. Qualifying preschools must also have been in operation for at least one year.
  •  
  • The administrative offices of an educational institution, including district, regional, state, provincial or national administrative offices. Such offices include those that are organized and operated exclusively for administration purposes. Government groups who primarily provide administrative support for educational institutions are also eligible.
  •  
  • Public museums that are organized primarily for educational or aesthetic purposes. Such museums must have a professional or volunteer staff to qualify, and must also use or show real objects to the public on a regular basis.
